Procedure for Pre-arranged Pick up
Once you have landed at RDU Airport, you should
enter the terminal and pick up any luggage you may have checked.
At the time you confirm your reservation for your pre-arranged pick-up, you
will receive the telephone number of your driver. You should telephone your
driver to let him know that you are about to exit the terminal.
Once you exit the airport, walk across the street to the row of passenger shells.
Turn left and walk to the purple passenger shell that reads "ZONE 9"
Pre-Arranged Services. Your vehicle will be waiting for you at the purple passenger
shell.
If you arrive at Terminal 2, you should follow the same procedure with one exception;
when you exit the terminal, you should walk across the street to the next sidewalk,
turn right and go to Zone 16. Your driver will be waiting for you in the designated
passenger pick up area. There is NO passenger shell at Terminal C
